With over 80 years of combined experience across many of Australia’s and Western Australia’s regions, and backed by a strong traineeship program along with CRT’s 240-strong national agronomy network, Great Northern Rural Services’ agronomy team provides technical expertise and a wide range of on-farm services to support cropping, horticulture and viticulture producers.

Our experience and access to the latest research and technology is helping producers improve soil condition, crop quality, productivity and yield, along with seed selection, weed management, water and irrigation solutions and land management.

Great Northern Rural Services’ agronomy team are regularly involved in developing and maintaining trial sites in WA, working closely with local agricultural groups and bodies to determine which crops and farming practices are best suited to local conditions. The results from these trials have been key to helping local producers make the right choices in order to maximise their efforts and return on their farm inputs.
